1. Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.

Definitions

  • Defective products: Products that arrive broken, faulty, or not working as intended. Examples include electronics that do not power on, missing components, or damaged during shipping.
  • Non-defective products: Fully functional products that the customer wishes to return for other reasons, such as wrong model or changed mind. These must meet all return conditions listed below.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. Customers may place a new order for a different product.

3. Accepted Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be new and unused
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include products damaged due to misuse, missing accessories, or installed/altered electronics.

4. Return Methods

  • By mail using the prepaid return label included in the package

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return label: Included in the package at no cost to the customer
  • Restocking fee: None

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via M-Pesa or bank transfer.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item meets the conditions outlined above. Items not returned will not be refunded.
