1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or placing an order with Max Deals, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before shopping.

2. Products and Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed.

4. Orders

  • Orders placed online are subject to acceptance and confirmation.
  • Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, Direct Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
  • All payments are processed securely; we do not store card or payment credentials.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 0–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT+03:00 – East Africa Time, Nairobi) are processed the same day. Orders after this time are fulfilled the next business day.
  • Shipping is free on all orders within Kenya. No hidden fees or minimums.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for all products, including new and slightly used items.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be returned via in-store, drop-off, or by mail with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping labels are included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.
  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day once approved and made in KES.

8. Limitation of Liability

Max Deals is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or delays beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, product images, and design — belongs to Max Deals and may not be reused without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through the Kenyan legal system.
